Entech’s product returns are accepted only in the event that products are received damaged or in error.  Refunds will be credited back to customers in the form in which original payment was received.  Customer must notify Entech within one week of receipt of order to receive refunds as applicable.  Please call us at (800) 960-7253 if we can offer assistance refunding an incorrectly received or damaged order.
